Coaching Philosophy and Emphasis:

The goal of every High Velocity Volleyball coach is to teach players volleyball skills, tactics and strategies at the highest level.

High Velocity players can look forward to every practice being fun, challenging and competitive.  We emphasize “game-like” practices and drills, and as a rule we believe that the best way to be a better volleyball player is to simply play volleyball. All of this is done under the eyes of our highly experienced and knowledgeable staff.
