Tiffany Stumpf

Personal/Experience
Tiffany played volleyball all through high school at Cedar Park Christian High School. She played 3 years of varsity
receiving all-league honors and MVP awards. She also played 4 years of club volleyball, 2 years at High Velocity also
getting MVP and Hardest Player awards. This is Tiffany's second year of coaching for High Velocity.
Philosophy
I believe that volleyball should be competitive and fun. It should be played in an environment where there is
constructive criticism along with encouragement. No one should ever feel that they are not good enough. With
hard work and determination, anything is possible. It is amazing how our mind controls our body; if we tell
ourselves that we can't do something, then we can't. However, if we approach something in a positive attitude
and tell ourselves that we can do it, then we are more likely to be successful.
"The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in
the world, but if they don't play together, the club wont be worth a dime."
