Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is simple - teach a fun, intense, competitive game to young athletes in an fun competitive learning
environment. Keeping things simple and having the players understand all elements of the game and than applying all skills in
competition. I will ask my players to strive for greatness but we will celebrate the little victories together along the way.
